Right then, try again today & I've found a nice little Sunday special treble
Bolton to beat Birmingham (H) @ 11/10
Man City to beat Sunderland (A) @ 5/6
Liverpool to win to nil @ evens
The treble is paying 13/2 & given the recent history between all these teams that's a big price.
Bolton have made a decent start to the season whilst Birmingham have only won once away from St Andrews in the whole of 2010. Bolton have won the last 3 league meetings between them & you have to go back to 2003 for the last time Birmingham came away from the meccano (sorry, Reebok) with all 3 points.
Sunderland haven't beaten City home or away since December 2000 & in the 10 league meetings since then City have won 9 & drawn 1. They're a lot stronger this season & the 5/6 on offer is a big price.
Liverpool & West Brom have met 8 times in the league since 2000. Liverpool have won all of those games scoring 24 goals without reply. They may not have got off to the best of starts this season but even money here is almost as good as printing money. Despite a narrow win at home to Sunderland last weekend they lost 6-0 away to Chelsea on the opening day & whilst I don't think Liverpool will hit 6 themselves, I can't see the Baggies scoring here.
