Sky Poker Tour Grand Final: Live Update

As the players head to rest/refill their glasses/whine about a bad beat, there's some exciting news coming from Sky Adam's part of the venue. He's been sitting down with some players to developments with our Sky Poker Download Client. I've seen the client and it's worth the wait, trust me.

Feedback so far has been positive, and customers have been able to give their ideas for tweaks they feel would benefit the players. It's great seeing players and the tech guys working together to get this thing right. Exciting times. Watch this space, and so on.

News from Ross Jarvis, who has recently made a decision to switch from poker writer to poker pro. Top lad, good writer, great player. He's on around 20k in chips, but confided to "not having had a hand." Chipping away to double his starting stack, he'll be one to keep an eye on in your scribe's opinion...

Big pot there and it's a case of the rich getting richer. Manc99 had moved himself up to around 30k before flopping the very top set, trip aces, on an A-4-5 board. His opponent got his last 10k in with 44. Manc moves to a touch over 40k.
