Somehow I am +£2k in the last 3 weeks. Usually in sessions with a lot of bad beats I am breaking even or losing a buy in here and there. Last 2 days I have dropped maybe 5 at nl30/40 and a couple at nl20 because it's got even worse and I can't even get top sets to hold! I literally have to flop top FH to be safe - with no re-draw to the straight flush obv.

Why flat the raise on the turn???? You can get it all in there, he's never folding after raising that big.

Also build the pot on the flop? - but the turn decision is weirder?

I can explain. Villain was terrible, often barrelled with complete air. he had bet 30p on flop oop multi way before and been raised by someone in later pos so i flatted hoping someone would raise it up. then the turn was weird, i expected him to fire again but he obv c/r pretty big, but ive seen him fold for like 8 quid more having invested loads more into a pot he's just terrible so incase he has air i just flatted knowing he will shove the river.

fyi i don't even run good in tournaments

i dont think this really qualifies,as all the money went in preflop,and you were only a slight favourite,you are going to lose 40 out of 100 flips,...so man up son....was not even a bad beat.....can show you 50 where i am 96% favourite before the turn and river and the money went in...

I think this type of attitude really is responsible for some of the plays you see on sky. People genuinely believe if they float oop w/9 high on an A,K,Q flop, the software is gonna give them running 9's.
