just bought into a cash game, a message came saying i was timed out so the seat was not taken, however the money has left my acount?

has any1 else had this issue?

i have refreshed it, checked my account etc

    simila r one ive just re bought inti 9 o clock given no rebuy and taken out of tourny money for rebuy has still left my account

    yes i went to go on master cash 2 and tried to sit down twice with £4 would not seat me and took £8

    i then got onto live chat they said there is a problem and are dealing with it

    so i got my £8 refunded thought ok must be sorted so went to master cash 1 table took my £4 but would not seat me so im back to £4 missing

    went to live chat 197 waiting list not waiting that  long
