Buttons not working

I was just playing cash tables, 5 at once.

All of a sudden on one of the tables, the buttons stopped working. The action was moving along but I couldnt do anything because none of my buttons would work.

I had to close down the table, shortly afterwards the same thing happened on another table!!!!.

I've had this on the download.

Was the same as you, playing on cash tables but couldn't do anything except use the chatbox yet the other tables where fine.

i had this too on the download about a week ago been fine since tho

No Im not on a dongle.

I play many other sites and have never had an issue.

Happened to me again and I had to close down the table and open up another.

could be that your processor overloads with 5 tables open, does it work fine with 4 ?

Hi guys,

I need to stress that if you see issues like this you need to note down as much detail at the time as possible regarding the tournament/cash/sng you are playing, time, and details about your machine and OS. Plus, if possible screenshots, and then pass on to out customer care team so we can investigate properly.
Otherwise it's difficult as we can't always reproduce.
