Issue on the download - registered on wait list but not auto loading

Usually when I register on a wait list, as soon as a seat comes free the table automatically loads for me.

However just now it did not and my seat went to someone else.

No worries. Do you have any info on the following?

1) Did you join the waiting list from the lobby or from the table?

2) Do you remember the table name?

3) Bit of a long shot, but do you recall who got the seat instead?

I think that should help the guys look into it further for you.
