keep getting disconnected can anyone help

last four days have been a nightmare, all evening i keep losing connection and getting a popup  titled network error and message withinit saying 504 gateway time out have no idea why can anybody help
cannot play any more until this is sorted as im only at the table 20 minutes every hour
PLEASE HELP THANKS BUSTOUT

Are you on a wireless connection?  If you are the chances are your connection either isn't stable or you are losing data packets.

Next time you get a network error, or now, go to www.pingtest.net and run a test and see if you have a good connection.

What are the packet loss, ping and jitter values?  e.g. mine are 0% 23ms and 4ms.

tried the test 18ms 4ms seams i have been using wrong server for some reason acording to sky changed to internet explorer now hopefully will be ok tonight fingers crossed

Ithaks very much for your and everybodys help have contacted sky technical support and they have got me to change browser and download the new flash player
seams to have sorted problems been playing all night without disconection but no luckn Response to Re: keep getting disconnected can anyone help:
