Evening guys and gals,
Off the back of a storming performance from Neil Channing on 865 the other night (currently showing on Channel 865 as we speak, till 7pm tonight) it’s straight back in the saddle for the dynamically-challenged duo for in this evening’s Mastercash…
Yes, that’s about as active as we get these days. (Notice the pocket billiards game though being played by senior. He can't help it when he's around me...)
Tonight from 8, the burgundy veil of cash descends upon the site and the channel and we spend four hours analysing the format that the biggest guns on Sky Poker make their living from.
So it'll be Mastercash tables for the first hour (details to follow) and then from 9 it’s Cash 300, where the buy-in is a flat £300 and the blinds are £1.50/£3.
From midnight it’s Top if the Pots and I’m sure they’ll be a bit of Orford’s Disastermind along the way too (skyopen@bskyb.com if you fancy a stab at that tonight).

Guys.
We - Rich & I - are preparing for tonight's Show.
To the best of my knowledge, nobody, LML included, has been "axed". Fact. Repeat, FACT.
Chunter away all you like, but you are barking up the wrong tree.
We are in TV, not one of us has a Contract, we are all engaged on a Show by Show basis. We get Shows, or we don't. Sometimes we have breaks or get rested, sometimes we don't. We can't be sacked, as we don't have a Contract. So how can I belong to a "Bring Back LML" Group? But someone chose to opt me into it.
I have been "joined" into a FB group "Bring Back LML". How can I be a Member seeking her reinstatement when she has not, as far as I am aware, left, or been asked to leave?
Of course there is stuff happening, there is, but it's private, between LML & Channel 865, & it's none of my business. As far as I know, a constructive meeting took place between Channel 865 & LML earlier this week. I believe LML will readily confirm that. I am not party to what was said, but I have an understanding of it, I believe. It seems to me to be a private matter & you are making a situation far worse with all this disinformation.
The Facebook Group contains more ridiculous inaccuracies than I have ever seen in my life, some of them are so far off the mark as to be ludicrous. So many that I'd be here all night if I had to correct them all. I won't bother, I have a job to do, & a life to lead. Even Bernie got it in the neck yet again. It has nothing to do with Bernie, who is one of the nicest & most thoroughly honest people you could ever wish to meet. Bernie would not even be aware of all this! But he's been slated yet again.
Someone sought Richard Milner's contact details, to clarify it with him. It is nothing to do with him, & he is on Holiday.
Rich Orford is a friend of LML, & so am I. We don't expect that to change. However, this is making it very awkward for all three of us.
If & when I get time, I may respond further, but for now, we have a pre-recording to prepare for.
Please note Rich Orford was booked for tonight's Show back in February. It was always his Show, as far as I know.
The nonsense about LML being "sacked" from "Team Sky Poker" is a typical example of the nonsense that is being Posted. LML was opted into TSP for a 3 month period, & she enjoyed ALL of the TSP benefits for that period, longer in fact. She can confirm that. Ask her to. Go on. Next up as Guest 865 TSP-er is Rich Orford, as scheduled.
I don't ever recall seeing so much disinformation. I believe LML will confirm this in due course, I don't know, but it's none of my business, to be quite honest.
LML will not, I gather, be on 865 in April. To the best of my knowledge, that's the top & bottom of it. Beyond that, it's a private matter between Channel 865 & LML.
I may - or may not - get rested, or dropped, or "miss a month on 865" at some stage, perhaps for personal reasons, who knows? If & when I do, I'd be mortified if all this hoohah went off, because I have a private life, & wish to retain some dignity in it.
Please show some respect for private matters between LML & Ch 865.

I've only really got one funny story to tell regarding weddings (we shall forget my sisters in which I got a little drunk for the very first time).
It was during my cousins wedding, we're all sat in church and my mother was blisfully unaware of the wedding video recording person filming behind us.
Upon seeing a family relation who had chosen to wear what we shall politely describe as a little over the top outfit and matching hat, my mum commented in a typical cattish way that only women seem to do asking what had she come dressed as etc.
Obviously the video camera mic picked all of this up and it made it onto the weddding video for everybody to hear.

Unfortunately, or fortunately foir me, as it turned out she overheard me and needless to say i got lucky that night....................oh i'll never forget Lima Mike Lima

My ickle sister got married a few years ago......lovely service.........okay reception..........well, okay until the groom got completely inebriated, switched to stealth-mode & staggered out of the reception & off into the darkness, without anyone noticing where he had gone.
My sister, the bride, had no idea where he was, what he was doing, if he was ok etc. and was extremely upset, understandably. The reception came to an early end, and the bride spent the night at our Dad's house, instead of the swanky bridal suite in a nearby 5-star hotel. (The groom had walked 3 miles back to his parents house, where he managed to break in & climb into the bed in the spare room for a good nights sleep.....followed by a couple of days grovelling to my sister.)
On the plus side.......I ended up, with a group of friends, in a local nightclub in my ivory and gold bridesmaid dress & tiara. Everyone believed I had got married & complete strangers brought me drinks all night. So the night wasn't such a disaster after all
If it's personal then fair-do's we should respect LML's space, it's just that previous 865 presenters have been left out the schedule and it's not until someone starts a 'what happened to DP, Mark Banin, Matt Broughton, Sarah Champion etc' thread that we find out they are no longer going to be appearing on 865.
LML has been missing in action (other than play the presenter) for a while now and it's more noticeable because aside from Rich and your good self, LML is usually a frequent regular on the forums and is sadly missed atm
This, coupled with a twitter update from Anna Fowler (who we obviously wish all the best to) stating that she was beginning work for SkyPoker TV it's only natural that the forum regs will ask questions...
Most of the posts on the group you refer to say 'let's find out what's going on before jumping to conclusions' or some variation of...
Sorry that once again you've been dragged into something that you could do without!! We all hope to see LML return to 865 in May!!!
