CASH FOR POINTS - PROMO CODE "POINTS" NOT RECOGNISED

I am trying to register for the cash for poker points promo but when I enter the code "POINTS" (as instructed) the code is not recognised. Any advice?

If you have registered in the previous month then you don't have to do it again.  If not then contact customer care, I am sure they will sort it out for you.
