It's been such a tough afternoon this. First of all Tatjana Pasalic walked in and had a chat for 15 minutes, THEN we were joined by the ever-lovely Kara Scott.
Kara's an incredibly busy woman nowadays, fronting the ESPN coverage at the WSOP and hosting High Stakes Poker. However, it felt like we were rolling back the years when she did her interview with Tikay.
She was delighted to hear that Orford won the sidey at SPT Leeds, too...
Players on a break in 4 minutes. Still no sign of Peter, although he'll be in the jungle with a load of chips I hope.
Andrew is on around 50k after picking up a nice little pot on a paired, flushing board. Something like 5-T-5-7-4ccc board. We'll find out what happened when he arrives in the Media Room.
We've found Peter and he's on 75k. Dropped a couple of thousand, but nothing too major. He's on Table 274, table 9. Couple of very big stacks on the table, sadly downstream from Peter. Nothing to worry about.
He's found out that the guy who pushed him off AK on an Ac-Qc-Jc-Jx board had the nuts: yup, Kc-Tc.
Just got all the facts and figures from the officials here at the WSOP:

I have heard of only one of these 'celebrities' and he's a bloody trainspotter!!

Peter's on about 90k and has some company on his new table...
Peter - Seat 9
Seat 1 is Magnus Persson, who finaled the WSOPE Main Event the year Annette won it, IIRC. Seat 3 is Lex Veldhuis. Jonny knows all about him. Seat 4 is Dario Alioto. Young Italian pro, best known as a PLO player but aggro pro basically. Seat 7 is Olivier Busquets, who is getting the lot. Won a WPT recently I think.
You have NO idea how slow the internet is in the media room here in Vegas. But the lovely Miss Kara Scott video is finally up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyzJ0B24moQ Posted by Sky_Claire
EXCLUSIVE!!!! For all the years that Tikay has given me a hard time and even worse nicknames I FINALLY have my revenge. What can I say NEVER do something silly infront of the camera if its rolling! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OO13cAmcQTY Posted by Sky_Claire
I was about to write that Peter is finding it tricky and is on about 55k, but Claire has just come back to say he's "won a really big hand and he's knocked out someone in Seat 2". I'm off to get the deets!!
The hand that got him the chips saw some preflop aggro between him and Seat 2, with Peter holding A-Q. The flop came Q-high and Seat 2 managed to find a spew with A-K, sticking them over the line before finding he was drawing to three outs. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Andrew down to 23k and it's A-A cracked again. I think he's going to start open folding them. They were cracked by JJ on a 4-J-T flop. Andrew bets out for 7k and the shortie moves in on him for 20k.
Peter is down to 75k. He's been bluffed by Busquet in a big pot T-9s on the board 9-8-6. Busquet bets 12k on the flop, Peter calls. Turn is a 5. OB bets 15k, Peter flats. River is another 5 and Olivier now bets 25k. Peter folds after much dwellage and is shown A-4: a missed flush draw that didn't get there.
Both chaps a little niggled by the last 15 minutes, but it's break time which gives them plenty of time to regroup.
Great interviews, keep them coming. When is Tikay going to interview you Claire, for the behind the scenes of Sky Poker you've been promising us since forever? ;-) Posted by Machka
LOL when I get my plastic surgery and look like either Kara or Tatjana
Players coming back from the dinner break now where the blinds will be 500/1000/a100. I have a feeling the next four hours are going to be key ones for the Sky Poker boys...
Andrew's table was broken moments after the dinner break, so once again I am off to trudge around the Amazon Room to find him. Let's hope he's got mountains of chips...
Yuck, it's getting desperate for Andrew now, down to about 14.5k. He peeled a flop just a moment ago after the player to his right (who is a Deep Stacks University mentor, name eludes me...), opened to 2.3k. Andrew smooth called and the flop came 8c-6c-4s and he let go of the hand after Deep Stacks lead out for 4k.
Less that 15BBs now for Andrew, so he's going to need to find a good hand or a good spot. Preferrably both.
The player to Andrew's right is Darryl Fish, who is anything but. $1.75m in tournament winnings online and live. At least our man has position on him...

Did Tikay ask any questions in it BTW?
I'm off to see how those pros are handling Peter...
