I just think berating players for bad play is not part of the ethos of what we are trying to do here as a community. We are here to help and support each other's poker games, not laugh at "fish" and tell them how they should and shouldnt play... Each of us can play however we like, it's our money!
Anyway... good luck in your new team and i hope we can play against each other on the tables soon. I can't wait for you to start berating my play...

I respect You Lots Gregg and Know you well as a friend, Rogue, i dont know so well, but respect as a member of DTD & Forum, where we have had some chats, Magicalman is NEW to The Squad, and I have had a chat about these 'berating' comments, which on investiagtion i have found to be harmless banter, so far, even so, as Gregg did comment, from a public post, THIS IS NOT WHAT THE SQUAD CONDONES, as it does venture close to the sportsmanship line that I WILL NOT HAVE SQUADDIES CROSS!! But cannot see it been crossed here!!
Magical man has messaged me with his concerns, and i hope we can broker a 'cyberhandshake' and put this behind us & ALL move forward!!

So Far 'The Team & DTD ethic' has managed to stay free from The Drama Queens & Trolls, taken bit of work sometimes, but we all owe it to ourselves to manage to get on, even when there have been 'personalty clashes'

Dave just a small point - I know there was some confusion within Team Diamond over the allocation of league points and the week 3 table above might add a little to the confusion. It shows Team Diamond having 3 league points when they actually didn't score any. I understand why it's happened, but it might add to the confusion as I know that as a new team to DTD there have been questions from their member as to why they haven't scored any points

1, The Top Ten Individual Finishers score points for their team as per first table, so TPT, 51, THS, TNP, all score points, The rest have NOT SCORED TEAM POINTS, However are place in position on the second table by their highest finsher, thus giving us a full order!!
2, The Team Points are totalled to form the second table as shown, in this case the Four points scorers, followed by the non points scorers in order!! They are awarded League Points 7 for first, down to 0 for last, thus Diamond get 3 'League' points!! Being 5th on this list!
3, This League table is cumulated week by week, thus a team 'COULD' achieve No Team points, but if they have a strong finisher, say 11th 15th & 17th etc, they STILL MAY achieve many Legue Points!!
It may seem confusing, but is simple really, think the Team & League Points maybe confusing them....or is it me?? LOL!!
This seemed the fairest way to enable a team of 1/2 to compete with a team of 8/9 or 20/25 and potentially stay in with a shout!!
If ever points / goal diff is equal the position is awarded to the Taem with fewest runners, which has cost us[THS] a couple of times but is the Fairest way we felt when we set the rules!!

Which suggests Diamond got 3 league points when in fact they got zero, as I said I know this is not the case, but to the unitiated it might cause confusion.
they got three points for having the highest finisher outside the top ten!!
I do ask all Team captains to check ma work, as i am definitley suffering from poker alzeimers latley, it goes along with my Fulham Tourettes, both unfortunately uncurable, despite drugs....& drink!! LOL!!
