    Thank you JJ very kind words and that saying on the end hit home who ever said it very wise, I know I prob just need to slap myself but so hard to gain confidence in your big hands when they lose if only this was a pure bluff game I would be sorted lol maybe the answer is to stop playing any big hands and join the bingo players out there at the mo lol And wii on your cash better than what I have to report lol Gl all in the tpt torny tonight and I def don't think I am running good enough to win a race against a 3 legged blind donkey so if I'm at your table tonight you can all smile as the chips will be coming your way easy lol On the positive side made it through micro Vegas and that appeals to my tight side I have decided to win all the way through for £2.50 lol Vegas baby!!

    Hi MRB

    As someone who regularly suffers from the slings and arrows I sympathise fully. However, from the hand you put up in the previous post all I can say is bad luck on that one, move onto the next! you did nothing wrong and although it may feel like everything is going bad at them minute (I KNOW, Probably moan about it more than anyone else in TPT (Except maybe sporn)) but they will start holding up again eventually. I believe you said the same to me the other week. just remember these are the situations we want to be in. Dominating.

    MrBurns my 2 pence worth. 1 word VARIANCE. It happens to us all but it takes some getting used to and you do start to doubt your own abilities. Not too long ago I went a month where my biggest cash was £12 or so and I lost about a third of my modest bankroll. I was getting quite worried as I can't afford to top up with even a £100. (Incapacity benefit doesn't provide for poker) Do you know what happened to turn it round? 2nd in Survivor, 8th in the birthday Fr and 2 deepie wins in the space of a week. I know I'm not good enough to do that every week and by the same token I realised I'm not bad enough to never cash again. It happens to the best of us, even Scotty77 posted on a thread that he was on a £5K downswing. When you struggle you tend to forget about the golden times when your posting very decent cashes every day. If you want people to analyse your play I think you would be better posting hands in the clinic where you can get  feedback from some of the better players on the site rather than us mere mortals. Another tip I know is after a game especially when you get Ko'd is to have a look at the HH to see where if anywhere you went wrong or if it was just bad luck.
     
    One point I would like to pick up on is that I remember you saying to me  that you changed the way you play and it was paying dividends? Perhaps the opposition have noticed this change and are now changing their game to counteract this? Just a thought.

    As JJ says we have all been through the same at one time or another and all come through it eventually and I know with your ability it will turn around.

    Nice cashes everyone , especially the Hi Lo King...wiiiiii...n1 JJ!! (please note that i was not playing today as i was saving all my good run for tonight's TPT tourney,lol (ok i was also out all day and can hardly move now after 5 hours of doing volunteer conservation work clearing a woodland of rubbish and overgrown stuff, so hope i dont fall asleep half way through the tourney which i am obviously taking down now that MRB is experiencing some of my 'car crashes'. Seriously MRB, after doing so well for so long it was inevitable that it couldn't contine forever and as FD said they have probably worked out how you do it,lol. Keep at it and the wins will return (just not in the TPT tourney tonight,lol) and we really don't want you to leave, so pleeeeeaaaaaasssssse DON'T GO!

    Good luck all in our tourney tonight! You will need it, cos Uncle JJ said my good run STARTS HERE!!!! :)

    Thank you all and I know you are right it is varience. I have looked back Dagg on your suggestion ty and every time i cringe as so far ahead when money goes in we are talking in a lot of they need runner runner so that makes me feel a lot better as I played it right and they donked it.

    Dont think its the players as most are new names and they are just playing bingo but I know long term they wont make it unless they have very deep pockets. I also had a dohh moment because last year had the same problem during the vegas qulf times, so maybe just a lot of bad players thinking they play and then get through to vegas go broke trying and go ( even if im wrong i am choising to belive this lol)

    JJ can I say a big thank you as that posting with the skill and luck thing realy gave me the wake up call i needed hit home with me so tyvm :)

    Even though the beats tonight have been beyond belife a lot of the timess you lot have cheered me up and I realy needed it as apart from the poker personaly I am going through a very bad time with my clusters up till 5 am last night and then get woken with an attack a few hours later so i needed a slap and you have all helped me and made me laugh which is what I need lol And stop running to the PC Scorpiuo to slap me after reading this lol

    Thanks everyone for the well wishes, he had that horrible sickness bug that's going about but seems on the mend today.  Thank goodness he's going to be well for the weekend, thought for a second there I was going to have to pull out of SPT!!  Glad last night went well, I hope to join you all another time :)
