    Open up Sky Poker in "Internet Explorer"
    Go to - "My Sky Poker"
    Click on "Hand History"

    Search for th hand you want then click on "Details"

    Scroll over and Highlight ALL of the hand - Right Click & "Copy"

    Then Paste it into the forum.
     
    It may look a little different until you click on "Add Post" but all should be OK once Posted.


    ps. Copy & Pasting HH does NOT Work properly in the download so you need to do it using explorer.

    Hello guys nice cashes, just a quick post to say im going to be giving it a break for a few days, i have had the worst run in my whole life, i have been sucked out on in 90 percent of the pots i have played it has been absolutly unreal ! just donk after donk after donk sucking out, what gets me is i dont mind when its standard but when i so called TOP player on sky poker calls a 4 bet with 45 out of position and flops a fh against my aa i just realized it was time for a rest, every hand i have played has just frustrated me, bubbled the 4k by runnning my 1010 into a7 an he rivers and ace obv ! just a rant to get it off my chest guys or my laptap wll end up getting smashed up lol. GL at the tables and run better than me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi guys dont think im going to be taking a break after all, after last nights session i decided to review my hand history after reading parts of the mental game of poker, i quickly realized that i wernt running terrible at all, i was TILTING, i was getting it in and gambling in spots were i wouldnt usually, i was running pretty bad but half of the time i shouldnt of been in the pots, iv come to learn when im tilting i play far to many pots ! and tend to get it in with small pairs and hope to be flipping, which esp when ur not running well aint a good stragity, i have recently purchased sharkscope and im hoping it will help me improve as a player, im going to give it a go tnite and hopefully i wont become the TILT monster than i can be, run well every1 !!!
