    Hi guys dont think im going to be taking a break after all, after last nights session i decided to review my hand history after reading parts of the mental game of poker, i quickly realized that i wernt running terrible at all, i was TILTING, i was getting it in and gambling in spots were i wouldnt usually, i was running pretty bad but half of the time i shouldnt of been in the pots, iv come to learn when im tilting i play far to many pots ! and tend to get it in with small pairs and hope to be flipping, which esp when ur not running well aint a good stragity, i have recently purchased sharkscope and im hoping it will help me improve as a player, im going to give it a go tnite and hopefully i wont become the TILT monster than i can be, run well every1 !!!

    and your right......my hand history also shows I was getting involved in too many pots and calling with hands that were to say the least very marginal.

    Alright guys nice cashes, if u r ever suffering with tilt i suggest u read that mental game of poker, i beleive im a winning player, but i am sooooooooo bad when i tilt, im as bad as half the beginners on ere, i like to think i have started to cut out simple mistakes, i havent read it all yet, but the main thing i have learned from it as of yet it to play my a and b game more regulary than my c game if that makes sence ? basically i think its helping me play more consistent rather than if im in a low buy in tourne i dont think to myself o i can get it in flipping ere cos its only 11 quid, i also beleive it has helped me go with my reads because i keep refering back to certain sections of the book, didint cash in anything worth posting last night but i feel as if i played exceptional except for maybe 1 or 2 hands, seriously read the book its really good....... run well.......

    "FlyingDagg" our Vice Captain will send you a PM with info regarding our Private Tournies etc, so keep a lookout for that in the next couple of days.

    If you find yourself nearing a Final Table or close to the cash, just give us a shout out on here and hopefully we will come along to support/rail you.

    Post all your MTT (Multi-Table Tournament) Cashes on here as our Vice Captain keeps a running total for the team.

    Hi stoke you have good taste. I've seen James before but never the Bunnies and they were awesome. Only a 40 min set with an encore but basically a greatest hits show. McColloughs voice is as good as ever. James were as good as always and to hear 23,000 fans sing along was unreal. It's a purpose built concert hall and superb acoustics.
