    Well done pom but no wins in your tourney? Main reason I didn't win DTD was riverrick 's superb effort of 9th, 6th and 3rd. No complaints from me.

    Hi all not been posting my cashes recently just managed to find a few, not been playing on sky too much but yesterday I managed to fire 2 sites up and was pretty comfortable playing 5 to 10 tables and I played pretty well.

    a little tale of what goes on at the micro stakes, plus a little brag: continuing to grind HUSNG hypers at the low stakes, was having an ok time of it, noticed a few regs from the midstakes dipping in, but managed to hold my own. then a player who plays at the 10's drops in and i have a torrid time against them, ran into some coolers on the way but generally got bested. but really enjoyed the battle of playing someone really experienced with having to risk too much dough doing so. then a player who usually plays turbos on full tilt drops in, apparently to get used to the software here. again i have 10 games against a really good player 'on the cheap'. got spanked again, but the games were great. these two players were really polite. i had to run down to answer my flat door and told one that i needed to be away for 2mins, would he mind sittitng out.  5 mins later, i come back to see my stack still intact and him sitting out. both players were happpy to talk strat and give advice about moving up. proper gents, good ploker and i learned tonnes playing em. however the bankroll wasn't so pleased. then went on a big heater and binked 17 hypers in a row, and summat silly like 24 wins in 26. a record for me. apologies to anyone that sat me in that period, the beats i doled out were embarrassing lol. finished the day well up in profit and experience. cheers, TEDDY

    Don't know what level you play but the standard doesn't differ much as you move through the lower levels, if at all. Would encourage you to 'take shots' as often as possible.

    I'm hoping to play the 9pm game and maybe 1 or 2 others.  Is the password protected Wednesday game in lobby?  I only ask as I can't seem to see it.

    thanks dohhhhhh, came after two weeks of just beating the rake.

    I play the £1's, I have played a chunk of £2 but didnt do well, but the sample size is meagre.

    The main reason I havent moved is that  my roll is now at a place where I couldn't easily replace it if I donked a chunk off but not so big that it can survive a big downswing. Was planning on open sitting the £2 stakes but had a rough time at the end of last month / beginning of this which knocked my confidence. will defo reasses at the end of this month.

    Hi Guys
    Seam to be having BT Connection issues tonight so, I'm sorry if I can't chat or rail.

    Looks like a problem with the midlands area, BT have suggested the problem is due to the theft of "cable" in the area.....although quite why someone would want to nick Fiber Optic Cable is beyond me........Its not like you can weigh it in or anything lol.

    Hi all nice cashes, had a 2nd in the 2k Bher, decided to jump into a few 50nl cash tables and made a killing, set myself a challange of getting a roll of £1500 by the new year and Im doing really well, no more withdrawing until I reach the magic £1500, I never usually have more than £200 quid in my account at a time because i end up withdrawing but I can now say I have the biggest roll Iv ever had on sky !!! just need to keep disiplined now and I should do it with ease.

    cashed in the deepy 8th place £7.40 dont know if this counts dale bubbled in the 1k bh 14th place 2hp £8.44 now by mistake i entered a sat for the 4k for £6 when actually i was reging for 1k lol but got thru but did nowt ini it tho good cashes all last night

    Yeh - He's not been on the thread for a while, but I know he has only been playing freerolls of late. He has pretty good stats on sky poker and his scope shows a good profit, so hopefully we will see him back soon and crushing again on the hypers lol.

    If you get bored - I can always fill in as his replacement? :)

    you know why you don't keep a big roll on here - to stop you tilt donating it on the cash tables. great it went your way the other night and sure you have the ability - but do you have the willpower!

    withdraw - keep it in a seperate account maybe - but put it somewhere where it is safe from impulse reloads.

    not playing much myself given time constraints, and expect to be playing even less for now

    I have to agree with Geldy K8 your a good player but BRM isn't top of your list. From some of your previous posts I'd worry about you tilting it off. I started a separate bank account shortly after joining Sky poker purely for my poker winnings.

     Last night I had an absolute shocker. Played my usual 2 quid deepie got a few good hands but totally missed every flop and soon my stack was diminishing. Out after about half an hour. I was then waiting to play the Megastack so regged for a BH. Only bright spot was meeting Teddybloat for the first time at a table. Lost half my stack to 73 after I raise pre 3X I think it was then lost the rest to the same player with AK v 65. I don't think he ever folded a hand. This totally tilted me and I did something I have never done before. Very next hand in Megastack I donked off all my stack on a 10 high flop with Q 10 to a pre flop raiser with QQ. I've sworn off bounty hunters yet again (yes I know I always say this lol)

Well lost a big flip with AKs v 44, then crashed with the rest when the player who busted you called a pot sized flop reaise to his donk lead on a AQX board. Turn came a T and stacks were virtually in by this point. his KJ  got there against my AK. Maybe I over played the hand but he was donk leading nearly all flops, and top top with 20 odd bbs is just going in I think? Defo v this player. Think it was the same lad who knocked you out.

    Edit, think he may have been open ended on the flop actually.

    What you saw happen to me Teddy is the norm for a BH. Not meant as a brag but I have a very sucessful time in the deepies but BHs are my nemesis. My theory is that AK in a BH is probably equal to 67 in a deepie. So why do I never win with it?

    I'm still struggling with mtt's. Was around  20bb in a bhunter tonight, just below average stack in 36th place with 80 left. 28 are paid, but I'm not as*ed about mincashing, I'd rather risk busting  now trying to get a stack together. I have 33 on the button and a fairly active player utg min raises. I just jam here with a fairly wide range.  Is it just total spew to be actively engineering flip situations / trying to get folds from frequent openers? Can we ever fold a pocket pair here, we cant ever flat  can we? If we fold 33 wheres our cut off?

    I find the 50/100 - 100/200 levels to be the most tricky, esp far from the bubble.

    Hi all I am currently in a the big 11 on stars 70 left with a field of nearly 13 thousand, im 13th in chips and its 16k the winner and guess whats happened I have only just noticed we only have 17p on the lecky and my wages wont go in till around half 2 !!! what do i do ??????????????????????????????????? Iv turned everything off even the fooking fridge !!! if thats the thing that costs me this tourney tnite I will be gutterd !!!!!!!!
