    Although a miserable night for me (beaten by a 2 outer on the river) great to so many FT the Orfy. Lovely to see Trem and betterhalf HU.

    WHY THIS TEAM IS THE BEST

    As you know David (Tremayne) won the Orfy after a first time HU with his wife Teresa (betterhalf). I'd taken an awful beat but logged back in later to rail the FT. Imagine my surprise to find a Facebook message off David offering me the £33 seat Rose had put up, for railing the FT without cashing myself. So I found myself in the Main. I tried to play my best but just fell short going out in 48th but very happy with the way I played, apart from my penultimate hand which was a fold preflop in all honesty but J9 suited looked tempting. That cost me dearly as I was outkicked with top pair.

    Thank you David it was a very kind gesture. The generosity of this team and team spirit is second to none and I'm so glad to be a part of it.

    i did have a great looking £750 bounty hunter and got past the bubble. it wasn't all positive as late on things started going bad and the shorties seemed to be too nitty.

    generally i would be thinking these shorties will shove a hand preflop but sometimes it is just about impossible and they will insist on just calling it so i'm left hoping they will hit the flop and get the rest post flop.
    when it's just a shortie it's easy to respect him and weak bet. the issue here is i've also got a large stack so although i want the shortie to call i also want to get rid of the large one. Q having called it preflop would these large stacks be just as likely to fold a bet size of 2xBB on the flop?

    i did get into the main through an all in sat but then it all went wrong when i got into a spot against the nitty short stack. a person on the button did a 4xBB and i call with QJs expecting the shorty to fold his BB but i get the worst thing as he jammed and then the button player calls which leaves me with no choice but to call QJs as the odds were great. so now i was down to 10BB and not long after that i went out.

    I have my Pom Poms at the ready just in case i'm on the rails early...although thats not my plan :)

    I'm out to improve on last weeks performance and my eyes are firmly set on taking it down - I may need to get a little lucky here & there & inflict a few bad beats on the oppo, but any pain inflicted on the Squaddies is alright by me :)

    I'm sure Hitman will be rallying his troops tonight so be on your guard. I have also noticed the Outlaws are running riot so lets make a few arrest and put them away forever :)

    Lets get a good railing party going tonight, seek your fellow man/teamy & summon him/her to the rail - shake your Pom Poms, Hit the BOOM Button (Thats the one on the left) the one on the right is the self destruct button and should not be touched under any circumstances - Be Warned :)

    Sharpen those TITAN Swords to slay a few Dragons, Squash a few Squaddies, Outlast the Outlaws & march on to VICTORY.
