    ft the 3k bh was in 1st in great shape till I got completely fished I had qk h on a q j 10 board...happy days..bet it and got called on every street..the str8 didn't come in but still had top pair 2nd kicker...the river was another 10, bit of a scare card but didn't think he would of called it down that far with bottom pair on the ft for nearly all his chips......oh was I wrong...he shoved his last 26k into a pot of 185k of course I had to call n he showed 10 6 the dirty little rat!! lol oh well that's poker, just bloody annoying when it happens on the ft after playing for 4hrs!! ok no more bad beat story's I promise!!!

    I could say that I thought there was more chance of getting some chips out of the 3rd guy by flatting than getting any more out of the guy that bet. but actually I was just busy on my other tables. also I was happy enough that someone bet into me. lucky the third guy was there o/w I could've been done for collusion for not betting the nuts when last to act.

    Hey everybody....strange day for me yesterday..a friend told me he had been doing really well on stars and had also played sky and said the games were a lot softer on stars but bigger fields to get thru. so last week I signed up and have had a few gos with varied results, most not great, so many ppl chucking all there chips in with any ace, some not even that, sounds great but actualy makes it hard to play against as you realy don't know what ur up against...say you 3xbet sum1 with ak and get 2 folds and a shove and a re shove...you fold and the first guy shows a6 and the other guy qk!! very frustrating...so next time it happens you go with it and are facing aces and kings!! so I think what im trying, not very well, to say is the variance due to the field is much bigger. even tho I was taking notes it wasn't very often I encountered the same players, im sure over time it will help tho. 
    So thurs nite I decided to give it a good bash and reged for a few tourneys, to cut a long story short I was still playing when the mrs went to bed and still playing when the kids got up!!! unfortunately I bust out before the big money, the field in some are 5000 and huge payouts...19th was my best for $180 $11 buy in and a few more around the $100 mark..all in all a very long nites work for not a lot of cash, im undecided as to go on or not,,the payouts are huge but I have a life..job kids etc...I didn't sleep all that day as had things to do and was so tired kept falling asleep in last nites main n mini!! so sorry if any1 was on my table!!passed out 9ish for a solid 12hrs!! if any1 has any experience with this or similar site would be interested in their thoughts on the matter.

    WELL DONE Wheels, Andipandy, 67Bhoys, GELDY, Matt and of course RichJONNY......
    and also a big WELL DONE to Lmf-ao....it was good to watch u make it thru in the Freeby.

    I had so much fun today....... got thru to £3.2K semi for just £1.85 but sadly couldn't get going in the semi itself, though I had so many Freerolls going too, probably got a bit distracted. I was dreaming for a minute when I lead the VLV weekly freeby....but soon got passed........tangling with an All-in idiot. one hand he shoved pre- with 95o .....flop came 678!!!!! 
    In the end managed to cash.....just ............so £2 Dale....LOL !!!!!!!!!

    I was also trying to watch the horses this afternoon. I backed Gassin Golf (well I would wouldn't I !!!)each way@33/1 in the big race today, thought it was going to win at the last, but finished 3rd,  and also just missed out with Some Buckle e/w@14/1 (finished 6th-paid 5 places !!!), and also Molo at Chepstow ....nice winner at 9/4

    If you back anything in the 1st race at Cheltenham on Tuesday (and I love the favourite DOUVAN....even tho' its a bit short at 6/4, hopefully better price on Tuesday morning), make sure you back it with SKYBET coz you get your money back( up to £25) if your horse loses.......so literally you CAN'T LOSE !!!!!!!!

    L.M.F.A.O. i've played Stars a few times found a BH I could actually cash in unlike Sky, best I did was 3rd but I was playing for around 8 hours till 3 am. Strange thing is their times still seem geared to the U.S. even though U.S.players can't play.

    I found it totally the opposite with the loose calls, far more respect was shown to raises  even with allins, but I'm talking about a small sample size of around 10 BH's. The only game that was played like bingo was a rebuy I tried and I swore never again.

    If your playing on stars in the evening just make sure you've had a good days sleep!

    Must say that cooking pizza at 2 am is above and beyond the call of duty.  Good excuse to stay up late playing poker though!

    Interesting point you mention on the exalted company I've been playing against.  I have been debating dropping down a level or two in terms of buy in to try to become a more profitable player.  Trouble is I do enjoy mixing it with the big boys at the high buy in mtts. The two £50 bhs are particular guilty pleasures.  Any views most welcomed.
