Everytime Sky do an upgrade Sharkscope stops tracking
Can someone at sky shed any light on this. I have flagged this up with sharkscope but as this seems to happen when the upgrade is processed could this be a sky issue?

Since we have no idea how sharkscope collect their data it's pretty difficult for us to answer how/why an outage could impact their data, perhaps its the way they collect their data rather than the way we carry out maintenance.
Its nothing done deliberately at our end, we simply follow our own required procedures for taking our site down for maintenance.
How long after an upgrade does it take for data to filter through?
Does it eventually catch up all the data or is some actually lost completely?

we're working on updating our tracking software at the moment, and its pretty much complete now, unfortunately missed games cannot be retrieved,
