History Search FAO Sky Poker

  Not sure where to put this

 When i go into my account i've been unable to do Quick Search or Advanced History Search for Poker i have played, is there a Problem??

  I click on My Account then i click on Show my Poker activity for last 24 hours & i get this


Information between 05/08/2011 and 06/08/2011No poker sessions found.

Same here when just poker selected.

  I can search everything in my account EXCEPT POKER (poker quick search) & (poker advance search)


  Do i need to uninstall both sky poker download & browser then reload them

No you shouldn't need to uninstall anything.

yep not working for me either, tried searching dialy from 22nd july - today and doesnt find any hh's

Just to add to this guys, i know it's not perfect but if you do a full account history search you can see you poker transactions.

i.e. go to 'Account History' then select 'All Transactions'

Not ideal i know, and we are looking to get a fix for this issue as soon as possible.

Shouldn't be long, but any fix has to go through strict testing and then go in a release window.
So i can't give an ETA at the moment.
