Sky Download not working after latest update
I can access sky through my browser but the download is not working and is coming up with network error, try again.
Has anyone else had this problem? I have full internet access and no problems with my router.

Agent09:47:13 No its not a generic reply. Deleting old information (cookies/files) and then logging back in makes sure the updates we have made take effect. Otherwise it may remember old website details

Absolutely gobsmacked.....
He's just doing his job. They will have guidelines and steps they have to take which will be why he asked for a screenshot.
Uninstalled, re-installed, deleted cookies, deleted temporary internet files and.............
Still not working!
Will try back later and hope it's fixed
