I can access sky through my browser but the download is not working and is coming up with network error, try again.
Has anyone else had this problem? I have full internet access and no problems with my router.

This is a screenshot of my table when a tournament launched. I managed to relaunch it and get there after a minute or two, but when I arrived 4 other players were still disconnected, they're all playing now.

Mine did exactly the same but I just downloaded it from the browser again and it works fine
We're still investigating this issue, it's seems to be intermittently affecting some users when they download/update the software.
If you uninstall/reinstall as suggested by people above then it should allow you to get back on the download, alternatively you can switch to the web version.
We'll let you know as soon as we have this completely resolved

Our technical team have confirmed that this should be resolved now.
If your download application had a problem and is not laoding then you will need to uninstall and reinstall it again from the website here
This could only affect customers who attempted a download or update between 8am and 12.20pm today.
If you are still having problems with the download client then please get in touch with customer care for assistance
