Pretty much have to play for yourself until close to the points bubble, then help a teammate over the line if you're in a position to do so. If no white takes chips off of another then the team will lose.

i'm with you i got took out by my team mate ,they kept putting a big raise in when i'm on a big blind.Thats not team play.On sunday i could not play because i was at next door having drinks and a bbq .When the game started i came home and logged on and gave all my chip to a white player after i told them what i was doing that was team play.
