I would also strongly advise against using "FFF-IN" style comments or "SORT IT OUT SKY" when speaking with CC, too, it does nothing to help, quite the opposite, if you think about the psychology of people skills.

I always play good cop/ bad cop when making any kind of complaint, I start out as polite and calm as i can possibly be and if that fails then rant as you have nothing to lose and they don't like people making a scene lol. In my experiences this has worked very well : )
