Currently going through bad bad variance......well shouldnt call it variance as there is no variety....last 7 losses = (4 x 2/1 fav) X (2x 4/1 fav) X (1x 19/1 fav)at god knows what odds..... Even Thewy was at it in the Primo ...he shoves for 18bb with A2 and I call with 77......you can guess the rest......Question.....when you are going through this kind of thing, why does everyone tell you that you need a break!....surely I am making the right decisions and therefore playing well.....Advice please

To MR Tee -
I have had an unsuccessful Sky poker year losing lots to "bad beats " - at least to my eyes. I was getting disilusioned. Then came September and my birthday and bang turned £1.10 into £127. Care and patience pays off. Just don't lose focus and keep within your means.
Ref the player who only only plays players he can beat . If we all took the same attitude how would he get a game ?

great news tikay - lyonsbob has turned his free primo place from the Fantasy Dreamteam into at least £875 - down to final 5 at the moment. 

Is this a bad time to ask for some little prizes for this month's league?

looking forward to the show guys, iv won a seat into the primo and hoping for a bit of run good!! hoping you could show a few of my hands and review them.. this is going to be my 1st game after 2 weeks of tilt.. i was so annoyed with myself after coming home drunk a week last saturday and blew my roll  in a few hours, that i decided to quit poker.  two weeks of being on life tilt i feel lesson learnt and time to build my roll back up!! a cash intonights primo would be an excellent start!! ps guys - if you come home drunk and have £800 in your roll, withdraw it before you think it a good idea to play redmond on the £220 heads up sng tables.. seemed a good idea after 8 pints and a few jeagerbombs
