No hold'em today, so mojo was partially restored. I won a bounty hunter, cashed another and won a £20gtd. On the down side I failed to cash in the OHL2 again and couldn't qualify for UKOPS 2. Unless there are some last minute sats next week I won't be playing.

the fact sky said this sort of action is acceptable is ridiculous, more than one person playing on an account is cheating, doesn't get much more black and white.
looks like only stien has any sort of common sense here.

So essentially Sky have the final word and it all seems fine.
On my part there was no cheating went on at all, although looking at it from some other players points of view i can understand the concern in having someone else playing on your acc and player notes etc.
All i have been doing is trying to learn my girlfriend the basics of poker to try and give her a interest in the game that takes up much of my life and she has probably cost me a good few hundred quid while trying and yes stein i havnt always been looking over her shoulder otherwise she wouldnt have cost me so much but from time to time you need to go to toilet or make a cuppa so maybe that was my fault also if there had been some sort of a master plan do you think i would have even told anyone she had played on account ?
She has only ever played on a morning once or twice a week at the most and anytime i have been multitabling 100 or 200 nl that was me.
I spoke to sky pri team earlier and explained all of this and was told that i had done no wrong but from this moment on i wont be letting her play any games on my acc no matter how small (my choice not theres).
If you read jennys post above she also admits to doing the same thing but i am 100% certain that she meant no harm when doing it either.
And also like jenny says i think there will be hundreds who do the same thing out of all innocence only difference here is that i told you

All rent is guilty of is the same thing i am guilty of and that is NOT BEING AWARE OF THE FACT IT IS UNETHICAL and the reason for this is because he wasnt doing it for any other reason apart from trying to learn his girlfriend this beautiful game of ours ))
And lets be honest there are any number of brothers/sisters/fathers etc play on here and also play on the same stakes so who is to say that they are not swaping accounts from time to time to give them a edge v players with notes on them ? because i would make this a certainty to be happening all over every site

All in all dohhh i would say that this type of thing is impossible to police, who can ever know who is on someone elses account unless your actually in the room where they are playing ? unless they are going to look at a ip address and see who is playing where etc but even then brothers/sisters and family could say they were staying at each others homes.
I think i heard on the show one night that even stein was in the room when his wife/girlfriend won the 400,000.000 hand and that when she was interviewed on tv and they asked what happened she even said stein was shouting at her GO ALL IN, GO ALL IN no wonder though lol and she did have AA tbf but that could also go down as collusion in some circles if we are going to nitpick at things.
The way i see it if rent had said nothing about teaching his girlfriend then nobody would be any the wiser so the fact he did say something should prove he did it in all innocence.

I understand what your saying stein but if he was up to no good then surely he wouldnt have mentioned it and just carried on ? common sense should tell you that.
And from my side of things ive got to be honest and say it didnt even occur to me that when i let my brother play a few mtts on here that i was doing anything wrong and i also think it was the same for rent because he was just looking at it as learning his gf how to play and like he said it cost him money doing it.
Also out of all of the times rent let his gf play on acc how many were at £100nl or above because from what i read they were few and far between.

BTW i did say I THINK i heard it, may well have been one of the presenters saying stein would be shouting it etc etc but my point is ANYONE could be cheating and helping each other in mtts stts or cash and nobody would be any the wiser, afterall if a low stakes player got to the final table of a MTT and had a player with more experiance in the same house as them how many of those low stakes players wouldnt ask for a bit of advice ?.
BTW are you self taught at poker or did stein let you watch him play ))
