Lousy session. Only one hand of any note at all. I had QQ v AA v 66, AA just flatted pre and it all went in on the flop with QQ & 66 hitting sets. Otherwise just really dull, didn't enjoy it at all and knocked it on the head early.

2 tables couldn't hit a flop for love nor money or if i did they hit better. had a couple of FH vFH with them gettting there on river. down 2/3 BI's at one point
couple of other tables treaded water for a bt then hit a purple patch and got called by people who had A or K high. couldn't understand why they were in the hand!
ended up £1.62 which was a relief!!

Cash games i played pretty much all day with very few breaks and aswell as a few bad plays on my part the badbeats were brutal and the good hands few and far between.
Just seemed to be getting reraised all of the time from the type of players you know carnt do it without the goods and was having to fold monsters on turn or river what seemed like all day long.
Did get lucky a couple of times but whenever that happened i would see some pathetic comment in chat but i just let them get on with it because they are prob just going through the same brutal carp i was.
Played bounty hunter and ran JJ into AA when short with no bountys.
Cash games on day = -£497.68
MTTs on day = -£33
Months running total = +£2287.23
Another day another dollar and will prob go back on the tables now to start on todays score.

As a low stakes player it's pretty interesting seeing how swingy even the best players can be at times.

Hi mate. biggest single win on one day was $37k in a mtt on a different site about 2-3 years ago.
Thanks for the "even the best players" quote aswell mate but in no way do i think im one of the best players on site and i often avoid tables were there are players who i think are head and tail better than me sitting, but i think it is Neil Channing who says in one of his top tips "you dont have to be the best to be a winner at this game" you just have to take on the players you feel are worse than yourself.
On cash tables ive made about £4k in a day before and prob lost about the same but that was playing higher limits than i play here, on here ive only really been playing seriously for the last 2 months so most of my profits and losses per day are wrote on the last 2 profit threads and also i wouldnt really class myself as a high stakes player as the limits i play on here only look big compared to the majority of the other tables that are running on site, my previous site any games with a sit down of between $200 and $1000 were classed as medium stakes and high stakes games were anything from $10/$20nl and above.
I like playing on sky poker, its a real community based site and i like the fact that its all british players and there are no hyper aggro scandis to deal with (although i do miss the italians and cypriots
Also its good to play in £ and not $ so you can actually see where you are at all times cash wise.
BTW mate, i know you only play low stakes at the mo but ive seen you on other threads asking questions etc and imo its only a matter of time before you start playing higher and doing well because your doing all the right things to improve yourself at the game.

Played alot of cash during the course of today and for once can only remember 1 badbeat where i floped a set of 6s v a guy i know wont fold a overpair with a gun to his head and when the cards went on there backs he was holding QQ on a J high flop only for me to see the miracle Q hit the turn lol but when you play as much as i have today you would settle for 1 beat like that in a full day anytime

Had one gem of a hand where I 3 bet AK big pre, 2/3 pot C bet in position against one villain and got called. He then shoved his last 20p on the turn. He'd called pre with 32os, had bottom pair on the flop and rivered trips. Good job he was shortish stacked.
