Morning all,

Set your PVRs to stun, because coming this November is a special treat for Sky Poker TV fans. 

They said it would never happen. They said it was a story that couldn't be told. But they were wrong....

TIKAY IN THE HOTSEAT

or, as named by Spornybol, with a little help from Machka...

TIKAY: A DUCKUMENTARY

Oh yes, it's 90 minutes of Orford v Kendall as they take a stroll through the, ahem, 'exciting' grounds of the London Wetlands centre and feed the ducks. Stay with me here...

Along the way, we finally get to hear the full life story of this very special man who is loved by all on Sky Poker. Find out about his difficult school days and how he lost everything he had in his twenties and then built it all back up again. 

It's the story that he tries to tell on every single live show between the hands, before I shut him up. 

Well, now he's been let off the leash and given an hour and a half of Sky Poker primetime to set the record straight. 

Expect pylons, ducks, trains, insights into Tikay's love-life, his philosophy on life and much, much more in a fascinating and sometimes moving (there I've said it) documentary on the great man of Sky Poker.

In summary it's the most anticipated interview since Frost/Nixon (ok, ok, I'm maybe stretching it here but you get the picture).

I have to say after shooting this and sitting through the edit its a great show......... especially when Orford gets hit in the face by a stray bramble branch!!! Made sure I left that in plus put it the title sequence

Tikay is a charming man but if he starts talking about trains, I'll be listening to fishing on the radio instead !!!

LOL he doesn't talk about trains so there's the shock factor

Its about his life, some of the stories are very emotional, some fascinating and some just hilarious. Its a great watch!

I have broken the show up into 3-10 minute sections and these will play out on the live shows during the breaks. However these will not go to air until after the first transmission of the long version of the show

We all need a Roll Model in life,  someone to look up to and respect. Mmm  You're both Quacker's and TKs off the rails.!   Will give it a look but if you start talking about Wetlands ( TKs Mattress ) then I'm off.  :-))

So are you saying it is in fact only a 30 min show about Tikay and the other 60 mins is taken up by Richard Orford talking about his SPT side event win?

NO there is a variety of clips lasting between 3 minutes and 10 minutes in length

I for one have been looking forward to this ever since we were told about it some.......(Seams like months ago now) but anyway, i'm glad its getting the limelight at long last.

look forward to that, and i know you might have the urge to give him a nudge into the pond to see if tk can swim like a fish but dont do it hes got a loverly complection for his age and dosnt have oily skin like a duck, although halloween is coming up and you could frow in a few bobbing apples and ask him questions while he trys to take a bite out of them. 

Whats the next episode come dine with me around a poker table theme or playing poker on ice, the fish factor!
