    The greater the percentage you play with the greater the risk - simples

    2% is a very comfortable grind level, while 25% is very gamblers avenue - if you can afford to lose the whole lot then play with 100%

    To answer the OP, I would play mtts up to 22 quid (the open)- but i would try to sat in obv, ....and cash up to 20/30nl I dont believe in any 5% rule btw, if you are recreational player, play with what u can afford to lose and have fun!!

    As a recreational player I'd rather be playing with a bankroll and brm than with a budget and blowing money for a bit of fun every so often. I don't think I'd enjoy the game if I had to deposit regularly.

    Play a bit, learn a bit, and try to step up a level as you win a bit. That's much more my idea of fun.
