    Lambert, will you scrub me from this competition please, and let ploppy either go through or allow a reserve player who was too late to join play him. Sorry for messing you about but although i can make this round, im pretty sure subsequent rounds will be a problem for me to commit to in December. This would avoid me causing further problems down the line, and if i beat ploppy it would not be fair on him if i then let another player have a bye. Ploppy good luck in the competition whoever you play, and soz for messing you around as well.

    Are we stopping reserves after this first round ?

    I feel it maybe a little unfair if someone can come into the 2nd round after not playing the 1st.

    I know what you mean AcidMan, have to throw it out there to see what everyone's thoughts are. I'm happy to ditch the reserves after Round 1 to make sure we don't get people jumping in with no help, but this is why I'm trying to weed out the people who can't play regular so it shouldn't happen after Round 1.

    If we don't have reserves in Round 2 then it does mean if someone drops out, the person they're playing will have to automatically go through to Round 3, but I'm ok with that if everyone else is??

    Looks like I may have to ditch 9991 also as he's not answering me.

    The dart has made the final of survivor, and understandably wants to focus on that..........

    Big tournament .....

    I'm gonna grind cash now, but theres a chance we might both be free/on a break about 11ish.

    Ah ok, didn't realise, yeah that's perfectly understandable. Not to bink him (or whatever the term is lol) but you might be able to play if depending on how long he lasts....

    I'm gonna be grinding the tables in a bit, just need to get my daughter to bed first.

    Right Smitalos, congratulations and you are in Round 2 but I've just seen that other thread and Acidman was right, this is a HU tournament and must be played at the Turbocharged Heads Up tabled agreed by everyone involved. For a start, the blind structure at a free play cash table will start completely differently and it won't change throughout the game, hence being different to the game everyone has played and so unfair.

    So basically in Round 2, you will need to play the proper HU games.

    Oh right! Sorry about playing the matches on play money then. Just thought it'd be better because then you'd get no randoms that's all. We both started with 50bb to try and make it slightly similar to the Turbocharged though :)

    Just putting this out there for future possible tourneys, but i do think playing the matches on play money tables would be better and MUCH easier for everyone. People wouldn't have the frantic rush to get in and can just sit down and wait for their opponent with no fear of having to play a long drawn out match with someone they really cba to play.
    Plus, you wouldn't get the absolute shove fest/luckboxiness that are Turbocharged sit+go's :P

    Just my opinion though and whatever you say goes sir, i respect that.
    Thanks for letting me into this HU Championship and allowing me to fill in as reserve sir! :D

    Glad to see things are much more organised now thanks to DTWBANDIT and KKrippler.

    We now only have 5 games remaining, 4 of which are due to be played tonight and the 5th is being played at 7pm tomorrow (me and 9991)

    How fitting that the organiser will be the final game to be played.

    If we can get them 4 games played tonight then I'll do the draw and announce it tonight and just put:

    xplayer V lambert180 or 9991

    So get on with your games folks and goodluck all. Hope you make it through by the way Dohhhh (sorry Dart lol)

    My apologies Sara as you can see if you read the above posts, I have tried to communicate to everyone with regards to setting these games up and did not hear back from you or Diablo_Pez. Unfortunately due to the fact I'd had no communication from either of you and time was getting on (I don't want the competition overrunning Christmas), I had to offer on the forum to see if anyone was able to stand in and as you can see above, 2 people happened to come along there and then, who were able to play the match (it has now been played) and so sadly you will not be able to participate in the competition.

    I'm sorry if this sounds harsh but (without going over the top lol), I had to think of the good of the whole competition.
