just joined here cos i like watchin sky poker on tv would love to play a few free games to get me started _learn} can anyone help ??

There are free play cash tables. Just click cash in the lobby and then select the freeplay tab from there.
There are also freeroll tournaments but you have to buy in using points. I'm not sure how you can earn those points, maybe somebody else will be able to tell you if you can earn them on the freeplay tables.
You should also get entered into the new players freeroll tournament too.
If you need help and advice with anything just post on the forum.
