Sky Poker Forums is upgrading its look! Stay tuned for the big reveal!
I was watching the cash tables the other night, £25sb £50bb. both player's had £5000 at the table, one hand all the money went in after the river. One player had total air and lost £5000, in one hand. I was thinking, are these professional or just very rich. My bankroll is £15-£20 a week, was wandering what sort of bankroll must these player's have to play at such high stake's.

I know this much, you will never see me in that company.
I panick over winning 80p
i cant see it not being pro players as not many people can afford to lose 5k
their cash goes to and fro
he probably win it back and lose it again ,
and so on and so on .
w o w that was some pot . hope the player that lost the hand is rich, not someone who just lost their life savings. gambling addiction is terrible thing.
Step 2: Rail nosebleeds ($500/$1k 6mNL/PLO)
Step 3: Develop apathy toward 6/7 figure pots
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit?
I assume Sky is the same, or similar.
if that had been me winning that pot .i would have retired a put my feet up
I sometimes go in and watch and cant believe the money going back and fore.
My annual salary sometimes.
The pro's must go in there and look for the rich chancers.
Seems to make a living out of playing complete air - nice work if you can scare enough people
Thats probably a years earnings to me.
