REFRESH FORUM PAGE

HI ALL ,I WAS FOLLOWING THE SPT UPDATE PAGE YESTERDAY,AND EVERYTIME I WANTED TO SEE IF THE PAGE HAD BEEN UPDATED ,I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE FORUM ,AND CLICK LIVE UPDATE, THEN CLICK LAST, TO SEE  THE NEW POSTS ........IS THERE A WAY ,THAT U CAN LEAVE THE PAGE OPEN AND PRESS A REFRESH BUTTON SOMEWHERE ,MAYBE ITS ME ,BUT I COULD NOT FIND IT ANYWHERE.....IT WOULD MAKE THINGS A LOT EASIER FOR THE NEXT LEG OF THE TOUR.......THANKS TEN

Pressing F5 normally refreshes the page.  I've just tried it on this thread and it brings the same page up again, presumably refreshed, but difficult to tell if no-one makes a post...lol.

Try F5 anyway.  Should work.

Ctr-F5 refreshes your page and clears your cache, seems to help me keep things nicely up to date
