Adobe Air not updating, Sky poker won't run

The other day, Sky Poker began an update, but it never finishes. Now it just won't run.

I keep getting this message at the end:

Sorry, an error has occurred

This application requires an update to Adobe AIR but downloading that update was not successful.

I have uninstalled Sky Poker and tried starting fresh, every time is the same error. I have tried every day for the last few days, in case a server was down or something.

I am using a Mac and there were no problems before. Any help gratefully recieved (and telling me to use Windows is no help. hehe)

I had the same issue. I uninstalled Adobe Air and downloaded it again. Then restarted my laptop and it worked.

As above uninstall both the download and Adobe Air reboot and install afresh
