Just a quick random question for either of them on the sofa...

In holdem i think a VPIP of about 25% is pretty standard, ive been playing more omaha recently and just wondering how many hands roughly, is standard to be playing??
 
I can easily open up 60% or so but then can nit it up a lot and cant really find any happy medium atm, just wondering what James and Tikay think??

Hi all great show been some great insight from your guest tonight.
I have a question for Mr Dempsey when poker since winning the bracelet do you find alot of players constantly trying to bluff 3 bet or 4 bet you with random hands just to say they beat you in a pot or busted you in a tournament? Also who is the best player with exception to TK you have ever played with??

Managed to get on the show tonight  at the £1/£2 master cash table was great to watch myself playing on tv and insight from people like Tikey and Flushy!
