What about changing it to 60p to £100 My reason is that i havnt seen a £110 game run in ages. Also the 82.50 games do not run a lot. Change the prize therefore to 3 £33 Thursday night seats (Or as many as you can get.) So levels 1 - 10. I know it has been done in the past but dyms have got harder so going from 1-12 could be close to impossible as this thread shows as its been running for ages. Stuarty

    You make a lot of good points. Clearly times have changed and tis challenge is just too hard nowadays, and even more so when a few of the levels run so rarely. I'll message Kirsty again about possibly making it a little easier and so maybe like you say reducing it to say a £33 BH seat in line with the fact it'll be easier.

    Yea just the fact its been running so long and the best is level 10.

    My best is level 6 i think but havnt tried in ages so would give it another go.

    The brand new £33 B/H starting at 730 on a sunday sounds ideal to me - promotes this challenge and the new tourney at the same time. Plus with the 730 start less impact on working lives.

    I am not sure if it is achievable as its been going nearly 3 years. Maybe one person could do it but for 3 people to do it it might take another 10 years lol.

    When it was done last time the standard in DYMs was less.

    Plus as i have said i have havnt seen a 82.50 and 110 DYM running recently levels 11 and 12

    Hi All, Someone recently mentioned IrishRover's previous DYM challenge of turning 60p into £200 by winning consecutive games through every level of DYMs up to £110 buy-in. I then saw Yidette's blog for the first time, describing her journey to completing this challenege which had me very intrigued. Tikay has now kindly offered to have a look round for some goodies if we set this competition up again. Level 1   -    60p Level 2   -    £1.15 Level 3   -    £2.25 Level 4   -    £3.30 Level 5   -    £5.50 Level 6   -    £11.00 Level 7   -    £16.50 Level 8   -    £22.00 Level 9   -   £33.00 Level 10 -   £55.00 Level 11 -   £82.50 Level 12 -   £110.00 All players must start from level 1, and progress to the next level with each consecutive win. If at any level, you lose a game, then you must go straight back to level 1 and start again! Please post up your progress and whether you're still 'live' or have busted, and I will put together a table of people who are doing the best. All results will need to be verified via Sharkscope. Prizes The first 3 unique people to complete all levels of this challenge will win a £55 seat into the Primo on Sunday - So if 1 person completes it 3 times, they will only receive 1 seat to the Primo. ====================================================================== Top Performers... Basically, there's alot of people who play DYMs regularly and I don't think this challenge should affect them being able to play. It would also give the reserve effect that Sky would want, by making people play less DYMs than normal. The way I see it is, you have only failed if you play the relevant level and lose that game. So if you're up to the 60p game, then playing and losing a £5.50 DYM is no different from going and playing an MTT (it's unrelated to the challenge). So if you regularly play the £3.30 games, then all that matters is when you've won the £2.20 game, the next time you play a £3.30 you'll need to win it. Once you've done that you can lose 50 £3.30s in a row if ya like, because the next game for you (relevant to the challenge) is £5.50. ================================================================================ Good Luck All!

    I got word back from Sky Kirsty this morning. The difficulty has been reduced (less levels) and the prize has been increased too so win win :)

    Kirsty has asked me to start a new thread for it cos eveyrthing's changed and this one is getting REALLY long, so that'll be going up today, and I'll ask a mod to close this one.
