Primo H4H problem - FTAO Sky Adam/tech guys

I have played the Primo in the last couple of weeks and I have noticed a problem with H4H.

It 'kicks' in when 41 left, which is the bubble for POKER POINTS ONLY. At this point, blinds are high and I really don't see the need for it at this stage. H4H is then not used on the CASH BUBBLE (ie, when 31 left) which is where it is a neccesarity for it to be used.

Played last night's 4K rebuy open and H4H 'kicked in' when 41 left. It was paying 20 places. 21 to 40 were only for poker points. It was not H4H when 21 left.

Yes, I did actually bubble in 21st place, but surely this error needs looking at now or even just a response would be nice.

Agree totally with what you are saying. To have H4H for 5 points and then not have it for £50 is crazy.
Maybe the best solution is to not bother giving these points until you make the money .
