It is so frustrating and maddening but i can not keep paying for games when they keep freezing or running slow.
Its been happening now for months and its got to the point where if i had any hair i would be pulling it out.
I know the techhies will say its at my end but i have a pc and laptop dedicated to poker sites only and we also have 3 other laptops and its the same on them all.
My broadband is ok and i get no problems on other sites.
so i will have to take an enforced break(apart from playing spt sat with fingers crossed)
this is the type of thing that keeps happening

I've had 20 - 30 tables that have crashed and I've lost without being able to make a move
It's OK if you've a big bankroll but if you haven't it's a nightmare!
My friend who designs games for xbox checked my set up and confirmed the problem wasn't at my end
but what can you do?
I would say that the situation has improved recently and I'm hoping this weekend my system doesn't crash while the roller is being played!

The table freezes frequently and leaves me with little or no time to see what the previous player bet and then bet myself. This never or very rarely happened while playing cash tables.
After a week of problems, I think I know what causes it.
When the table opens, I leave the window with the SnG list of other upcoming games underneath.
I believe that when a table gets the required 6 players and moves to "waiting to open" or "level 1", it affects the open table.
Tonight, once I had started a SnG, I changed the window underneath to show the list of cash tables instead.
Hey presto.
No freezing.
Only one game, I know, but there could be something in it.

And no, its not because my PC is clogged up, as I regularly format/defrag/runccleaner/ect.
Fact is, the current client is a resource hogging whale, I really really hope that the new one is not based on adobeair.
Yeah it's been pretty bad the last two weeks or so. TBH Sky need to get a grip and sort it out quickly. Its a shame to because the site on a whole is great to play on but if they want to keep growing as a serious poker site they need to get this issue sorted out cause its a complete joke!
Are the above posters using the download or the flash version as i,ve always had problems with the flash version with more than 2 tables hence why i use the download normally but just wondering if anyone had problems on the download as well tonight or is it just the flash version again

It just boggles my mind that a site hoping to be an industry leader/competitor could have such out of date software.

I only made the comment in the hope that someone at Sky might pick up on the fact that some comments on the forum can be misinterpreted and taken as malicious when in fact the reality couldn't be further than the truth.
And that maybe Martin could be forgiven and allowed back into the fold

I can normally 12-table fine on my PC (which is Dell i5 4G RAM and i use only for poker and nothing else running or saved on it).
But every now and then, a table will not open (with 11 others running fine) - CC usually refund but will always say it must be a problem on my end when it clearly isn't.
Have had to stop multitabling Hyper SGs cos i was just burning money.
Its so tilting when it happens at crucial stages of games !! (the only thing that tilts me).
My laptop is pretty rubbish, certainly nothing fancy, my internet connection aint that great and I play 6tables of cash on the download without the tiniest bit of lag ever.
It really is tilting when all of your tables crash, having to load it about 6 times because the CM menu won't load then once you type your password wait another minute for them to load again, then crashing again and having to do the same process until it's stable, it's ridiculus.
Just massively frustrating waiting for action to come to you and be frozen/disconnected and praying you can get a bet it when loads of times your time bar runs out b4 you get a chance to do anything.
Beating the game is tricky enough without having this level of worry and frustration about the software.
