Season ticket holder at Fulham!! Have followed ma Lillywhites ALL over Europe in Intertoto, UEFA, Europa League & friendly pre-seasons, I reckon about 20 venues from Shacktar Donestk, Ukraine across Europe, Austria, Lithuania, Switzerland, Belguim, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Germany up to Livingston in Scotland!! Now I play Poker so dont go away so much!! As a Senior Amatuer,  who captained the AFA,  I played myself in tournaments in Rio, Buenos Aires, Cape town, Las Vegas, the first ever Hong kong Sevens footie tournie, [17ish years ago] & toured many european venues!! My poker ambition is to travel like this,  playing Big poker tournies, LOL, SPT's being a start point!! Hopefully! I also love a beer, & more latley wine! I was very succesful at getting maself into lots of trouble when younger, tho this is a hobby I have tried, with some success to give up, thanks to Mrs Hitwife & Hitpup mainly!! O yeah, I love monopoly too, LOLOL!!

I'm quite partial to a wee bit Monopoly myself, but scrabble is more my game!!

My absolute passion is motorbikes, got my license when I was 19 but having 2 kids got in the way of that, had to be sensible and get a car, how boring!!!  Hope to get another bike soon, it's been a few years too long!!

    Hi Pip...

25? more like 45 mate...its all that sex, drugs and rock and roll!!!!!!
Great thread though. Balance is the key. I really can't see a grind as being nothing but a, wellll, GRIND!!!!! I'm just glad i'm not good enough to feel the need to do it. I play for fun and if i'm not having it then i'm not doing it...simple ethos eh?

Outside the poker, i play golf at one of few places to have held the Ryder Cup twice(BET YA CAN'T GUESS IT WTHOUT GOOGLING!)

I'm also into photography and do a bit of Bob Ross style painting. I too am musical...NOT! Though i do have a lovely spanish guitar bought on a whim in San Francisco and an electric one too for my Dire Straits impressions. My harmonica playing is legendary(true) and the ukulele bought in Waikiki, Hawaii, an utter treat(not so true)!!! Seriously bad...

However, i enjoy trying to learn but god, i wish i'd started sooner!. All the best....

I play golf twice a week and follow spurs. Great Jack Reacher fan and any of the ex SAS novelists + Robert Ludlum. Apart from that cruises to europe and the grand-daughters for baby sitting.

I'm guessing it's either Birkdale or Lytham?  Not a golfer but my son is a caddy and I usually go along for the beer! We've had accomodation for Gleneagles (2013) booked for at least 5 years!! lol
Outside of poker I climb (mostly ice) run & cycle.  These are VERY time consuming and restricts my time at the tables tho.  I try to get to the Alps/Himalyas at least once per year & have been to Everest twice. Both unsuccessful tho :-((

Obviously those who know me best from the community know full well what one of my big passions in life is and that is the beautiful game of cricket where for 22 years (18 as a member) for my sins I follow and watch the almighty and reigning County Champions that are Lancashire.

I also enjoy a number of other hobbies that I have including Horse Racing (Favourite course has to be Sandown Park) and Darts.

Also have done a fair bit of travelling which I always enjoy and have been to such places like USA, France, Czech Republic, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland,Italy and Belgium and without doubt I hope to do a lot more and ideally I would love to visit places like Australia and New Zealand (Basically anywhere that has a cricket pitch and a decent beer tent!)

Hi Glen and Don90 and flashjonny

No fellas. Its Southport and Ainsdale right by Birkdale golf course. It was in the 1930's and the club has all the hstorical memorabilia on display. Its a gorgeous course and is used for the Open qualifying. Its in the top 100 courses in th country(once it was 15th, i think) If there are some golfers interested in playing in the days before Blackpool then i can get 'mates rates' as a member but you do need a hcp certificate to play.........and no hoodies!!! Mind, i'm not sure if Hitsquad members should come first(loyalty and all that!). Just joking...

Actually, Tikay, if you're reading this you might fancy it too.
I've got a mountain bike but me in lycra? I need to wear dark glasses. That Everset stuff is amazing though. I've played at Gleneagles and with the right weather it is truly beautiful. you will love it. try to play all three courses.
