Also, at my previous address, the signal was rubbish, but the problems were solved by mounting the dongle in front of the lnb receiver on a satellite dish and pointing towards the nearest tower

ps-- There is a "mobile data monitoring application" called M.D.M.A-- It is a reliable monitor that gives you true and instant signal strength and transfer rates( the monitor on dongles program is rubbish and takes 20 seconds to respond)---- google and install it to find the best place for your dongle (or ask your wife)

If you have to, get a 5m active usb extension cable and put dongle in the right window of house

My problems happen on wireless and wired Sky ISP AND exactly the same using a '3' dongle!

Aaaaand right on cue it starts again.

So now I have to exit all my tables, exit Sky Poker, close down every application and reboot the laptop so I can restart it again and play normally for an hour. Oh, I have to wait ages to get on the tables again now you say? Useless site!

Extremely close to going elsewhere too! (Edit - playing PERMANENTLY elsewhere - where it works normally :) )
