Help needed with posting pics please

Hi

I was just wondering what the easiest way of posting a pic on forum pages

I,ve installed Imageshack but haven,t sussed how to use it yet

I,ve also got a snipping tool which i can use to highlight the bit of the page i want, but cant always use it ina forum post - Any help would be much appreciated

Ps - I,m not a techie and don,t fully understand techie speak so the simpler the answer the better - Thx

EDIT : I can post links like this now using my snipping tool onto image shack , but wqas just wondering if there was an easier way rather than going through image shack

Where i am typing this there are lots of symbols below font's colours etc.There is one that looks like a tree and if you hover over it,it say's insert picture.Just a guess ;-)

 This way will work but sometimes takes forever to be passed by Sky!

I tend to attach the image to my post as described above and post a link to it. Then whilst it's being approved people can still click the link to see the pic.
