Online Help Is Not Working

Like the title says, everytime i click on the 'start a chat' link to talk to an advisor i go through the stages of writing my name in and e-mail and it just keeps sending me back to the help and support homepage everytime..

are you still experiencing this? i just want to make sure this wasn't a temporary blip. let me know and if you still can't access the live chat we will take this further.
