Feedback - MTT Payout Structures

I quite like Solly's structure TBH.  I completely agree no more than 10% of the field should be paid in any MTT.

On deals, fine to bring them in, but have the system where by everyone has a check box for 'Willing to discuss a deal' but no one else knows how many people have checked it, similar to another site.  Do not have a counter saying how many people are willing to do a deal like another site did have (might still do, haven't played there in a long while), this just causes grief when everyone can see one person holding out.

Am in agreement with the Dart on almost all the proposed payment structures.
The only alteration I would suggest in the larger fields is that the payout for 13 -18th is 1.15 %  & 19 - 24th is 1.10 % & therefore the min cash is at least equivelant to the entry fee paid.

    Woogie,

The larger event, is calculated on an £11 entry, so all payouts down to 24 would equate to a profit.

    Thanks

    Sorry m8,

I see where you are coming from now (my bad) however I see no reason as to why the payout bandings are not table related ie 13th - 18th & 19th - 24th & 25th to 30th etc as the field numbers increase, once beyond a certain point this then becomes a band of 12  ie 31st - 42nd & 43rd to 54th & if required for even larger fields then that band can be increased to 24

Actually, payout bandings being table related was how I first drafted it.

    So yes for the 200 runner field, you could have 1.25% payout for 13 - 18 and 0.75% for 19 - 24.

I just thought maybe the payout could reflect progress a little better in the tournament the deeper you go.

Maybe at the lower end it doesn't matter too much just as long as you are recouping your investment + small profit.

    In Response to Re: Feedback - MTT Payout Structures : listen to this man say theres a £10 200 runner 2k GTD mtt i think the payout structure should be like this 1st   - 20% - £400 2nd -  16% - £320 3rd  - 12.5% - £250 4th -  9.5% -  £190 5th - 7% - £140 6th - 5% - £100 7th - 4% - £80 8th - 3.35% - £67 9th - 2.65 - £53 10-15th - 2% - £40 16-20th - 1.6% - £32 so a slightly 'flatter' payour structure than normal

    +1 to this

much better not flipping for big pay jumps towards the top 5 -
unless Sky improve later stages where you have more play then i think the payout structure should be this
if there's more room for play when you reach FT then the pay out jumps can be bigger

plus lower there's no min cash - nice
