In answer to Redmond's question regard controlling my heart rate.

This was ten years ago when I hadn't discovered poker. I do think that I have little issue controlling my heart rate when I am playing poker. Maybe that does help me playing poker because it is amazing how many people pay me off when I shove with the nuts or shove into me when I have the nuts.

I had never really considered it before but I will now.

Further thought: The ultimate test for controlling my heart rate would probably be to see what happens if I meet Sarah Champion.

Doubt that I would be able to control it then
