can't seem to download the sky poker client

hi all been playing on the site trought the web app but wanted to play via the download but i can't seem to d load the air abobe. any suggestion i keep getting the load screen then i get this

 " An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."

    I have had a similair problem, i had to withdraw my bankroll because it's impossible to multitable on the web client without lag. This was 2 months ago now and it still won't let me download the desktop client.
