All week i had been playing 50nl and hadnt lost a buy in and had played well all week was happy with my game and the profit i made today i lose 2 buy ins within about an hour.... obv its not the end of the world but its very annoying lol so i want to no what is the worst days youve all had, or the worst period (month or 2) and the amoutn you lost

1 2hour session 10 BIs on coolers or getting it in signifcantly ahead...exceot the last 2 which was poor play on my part

Lost a 1/4 of my bankroll in a 6 hour session when drunk and on winners tilt - A valuable lesson learnt and not one I intend to repeat

Well ive had two different days where the losses have been close to the same.

NL 50 Just kept losing KK to AA , straights to higher straights eg couldnt run any worse if i tried! was in the -£400 area

Omaha 100 just having them monster draws hitting air or having your flopped nut sets having to dodge multiple apponents outs so lost around 3/4 buy ins there

i hardly think winning 1k in cash is a bad day lol but i can understand missing out on vegas sucks i was close myself once.

Lost 80%-90% of my roll in a week, and been down to 6 buy-ins on 3 occasions.

Also lost $5k in a day playing O8 (Fixed Limit Omaha High/Lo) at $75/$150, which was about 1/4-1/3 of my roll, because the table was so good. :P

EV is basically when i go all in it records my % chance of winning rather than my outcome so if i have 70% equity in a £100 pot, my EV is £70 regardless if i win/lose.

the stakes i was playing were nl500 mostly buts of nl1k & 2k and some massive super tilt at nl10k

I take it this is based on games played on a different site? If not, what have you got that provides an EV line for Sky?

2. having to deal with an australian idiot to my left telling every1 how good he was and how bad i was as i called down his three barrel bluff

3. having to deal with a very good teeside lad to my right who was both uber aggressive and hitting the board

4. hitting a straight flush on a paired board and my two opponents having nothing to call my bet with

5. playing so poorly after the first break and going out last hand before dinner break

nbeginning to think that online play is hurting my live play, certainly my patience to fold fold fold has been eroded.

my financial worst days have never been online, always in casinos, and never to do with poker. not had one of those for a few years tho, thankfully!

Yeah i watched it for abit and thought there wasnt many sky players there.  I watched until the last 12?? man called rob young was the leader and playing well at that time, who eventually won it?? and where did u finish ??

update on my worst day - guy who lay down the nut flush to me on a paired board when i had the straight flush eventually won the most money in the tournament - which as far as i am concerned made him the winner. my worst day doesn't seem so bad now!

oh, and he's not a sky player so another reason he wasn't bothered about the trophy. well done nathan, carry on not playing sky you're to good for mere mortals!
