    I know nothing about american football and despite being tempted to lump on and I know ill end up regretting it but will pass on this bet.

    The last bet was just for a bit of fun, didnt realsie Jo Brand would be a judge wtf does she know about diving?? the guy I backed was looknig good at the top untill she gave 9 points to some fat gittt who bombed into the pool (im a fat gittt as well so no offence to anyone of a bigger size).

    Will update the last 3 days shortly, it doesnt make pretty reading, been an awfull start to the year.

    Unfortunately that was the end of the good news, today was brutal lost a litel over £593 today, finsihed a little down on the racing but was the football that did me today.

    A little over a week ago I was looking at hitting 4k profit and now ive dpped under 2k, its been brutal almost £1600 down in 5 days, still not as impressive as dohhh doing it in one night ;) (sorry mate hope you win it all back)

    Everythings risky at the moment mate, Harms just lost the first set, I cant get 1/4 shots to win at the minute...

    Today has been a bad day, havent spoke to the wife till about 10 minutes ago, for soem reson when were not speaking my bets do worse than normal, the last two bets were a result of us not speaking.

    Looking like another £500 losing day, was consdiering not betting tomorrow, but the reality is I may say on here im not betting and put nothing up but in reality I'd still be ahving my bets, so I may as well be honest and just put them up.

    Do need to calm things down tho, gonig to take a lot to stop thi being a losing monh now

    Keep the faith Shuv !!! Love your diary and tips you post good or bad......Now if i were you, the stakes you often bet in a day i would have a hard time contemplating. But you like me or other gamblers must often have a nap of the day, so just have £250 on your nap of the day for a few days and see how you go! Whether it be a odds on shot or a£125ew poke at 12/1.Good luck with your bets ,Dave.

    I know how you are feeling shuv,

    My betting bank which was in a very healthy stae two days ago has been halved thanks to Wolves and arsenal.

    I never did like football bets and now I know why.

    At least with the Horses I dont blame them for letting me down, now overpaid footballers that is another thing.

    Ok kinda took any2suited adivce, he said to pick a nap and lump on it the next few days, So I've picked my nap and had £200 on it and poicked my Nb and had £100 on it. Probably should have left it at that and im sure thats what he meant, but I've still had smaller bets in each race.

    Kids are back at school today so thats the perfect start to the day, lets hope it continues...
