  Skybet currently have Swansea priced at 7/4 for their home game with the Toon this Saturday. Anyone who likes a footie bet should watch this thread carefully. If i don't get what i want then that price will definitely be worth a wedge.

  Yes it is true to say I am a Hearts fan. Was born in Edinburgh and travelled Home, Away and Abroad following them.
  
   Started going to Newcastle games in the 80`s when games started to be played on Sundays. Our local Youth/Social Club used to run a couple of minibuses to SJP or Anfield**. Was hooked on NUFC from that first visit and after moving to the North-East (Durham) in my job, I became a regular who has witnessed many highs and lows.
  
  Now in the Midlands, I very rarely get up to Tynecastle, but do still get to a fair few NUFC games, especially away games.
  
  Bit worried that I might be a Jonah this season though. I have seen 3 of the 4 league defeats and was there when Peterborough beat us in the Fizzy-Pop Cup.
  
  **If anyone is wondering why I went to SJP instead of Anfield, the simple answer is I was Scared. Even back in the 80`s Mr Miyagi`s pillowcase escapades were renowned on Merseyside!!

  You guys may be wondering how the toon army could go 15 matches unbeaten and then get beaten by a woeful Derby County.  I think i'm the reason. I put them in my acca last night. The only other time i've stuck them in an acca this season they got beaten at lowly Scunthorpe. You can see a trend developing here. So if you want to see your beloved Toon Army playing in the big time again next season then please send me an Ayrton Senna(tenner) every matchday and i promise i'll leave them well out of my bets.
