  If you want to capture the screen you have in front of you press the key called Prt scr, then go to where you want to copy it to and then press the key Ctrl and V at the same time.

  not working i have hand history in front of me but i cant even copy and paste it getting frustrated help if you cn please

  Ok, it could be sky software not allowing it to happen.
  
  Open a blank page in word, Go to your desktop, press Prt scr then go to the blank word document and press control V.
  
  Its maybe me aint good at explaining things lol
