Site running VERY SLOW!!
Is anyone else having this problem? Iv spoke to 1 or 2 other people and they agree... You see the person before you act, yet its another 2 seconds before you get your move... Very frustrating and putting me on tilt ...

Minimum withdrawl???
Sorry if this has been posted but just tried to withdraw a fiver and been told the new minimum withdrawl is £10!? Won't be gone forever but Sky will get alot less of my trade if this is permanent. Know this won't really affect what must have been a calculated move but god man, so frustrating.

Tables loading up so slow - HELP
Rich, Bought a new laptop the other week and for the past week or so it is taking about 5/10mins to load up a table on here. (I have an old laptop - 6 years old, that loads the tables in seconds) The new one has Mozilla on it, solid broadband connection and windows vista. Just don't know what's going on. :( Dave

Last night the site goes down with no warning, tonight, it's on a go slow which means in a double your money sit n go u get 2, 3 if u r lucky, hands per level, is this how it always is on here?

iam tryin to play poker and it keeps loggin out on me and i cant start a chat i hav adboe flash player and it is stil doing this to me why is this??

Table sizing
2 problems, I guess they have the same cause. 1. I can't get the large chat box to appear. When I select it, nothing happens. 2. When I go to mini-view, the table itself shrinks, but the template or background it occupied stays the same size but just goes black.

hi sky the last couple of days ive been in a game and when in said game it comes up in middle of table saying your login period has expired please reload from lobby can you help thanks never known it to happen b4 and is very onoying if your in a hand wich u poss could take down help help help thanks lucky

Mark All Read not working on Safari
Appears to be a bit of a bug.. the Mark All Read functions appear to have absolutely no effect in Safari 4 for Windows.

Not really a technical query but a general question I spose. How long are player notes kept for? I kind of assumed once you'd written some they'd be there every time you saw that player at a table, but i'm finally getting suspicious that they don't as I'm recognising names and not seeing any notes! SUPER 6 FREEROLL - technical probs?
Technical folk, please fix what I can only assume is a bug. We have had 2 five minute breaks already - only been playing for 20 minutes!! 10 minutes play followed by a 5 minute break is very very frustrating. Is this a fault? Please reply soon.

The message about registering for the primo is popping up about every 5 seconds... ITS REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!! iv already registered neway!! Plz sort it :D

Minor Technical Glitch
When you click on register for tournament it comes up with "Accept" and "Cancel" buttons at the SAME time. The "Cancel" button is obscuring 90% of the "Accept" button. It's a minor problem but does need fixing as occasionally you think you have registered but have actually clicked on cancel. Ed
