Just getting into The Last of Us, excellent game, what you'd expect from the creators of the Uncharted games.

I'll definitely be getting a PS4 anyway, looks the better machine to me all round. Plus i have a Vita, so remote play will be good.

Anyone else playing Dishonoured? I've been playing it for the last few months and think its one of better games of this generation. I'm going to try and get all the achievements before GTAV comes out in a few weeks.

my uncle bought me this the other day, he bought a load and gave to alot of family members. 

To follow up on Dave's post above. If you pre-order XBOX ONE Day One edition, you get Fifa 14 for free. I know that might not be to all liking, but its free and its the same price as pre-ordering the console alone. 

I have pre-ordered Xbox One Day one, Fifa 14 (xbox 360 GAME EDITION - which is basically ultimate edition but £2 cheaper and has Limited Edition on box instead of Ultimate) GTA V and F1 13 Classics edition. 

As for what im playing at the moment, ive gone back to some old game to clear up some lose ends, mostly F1 12, Fifa 13 and C&C Kane's Wrath. Also been playing some Minecraft.

I still play Sid Meier's Civilization 3 Complete (Conquests). Have tried the newer versions but did not like them and the latest  update is a total mare with the steam link.

Civilisation is a great game, but not touched any of the newer versions. Transfer Deadline day yesterday got me hankering for Football Manager again, too. Still currently grinding the League Play system on Black Ops 2 as well as a bit of Forza Horizon. 

In terms of nextgen, I think I am going for the PS4. The major deciders were the price, Twitch now being integrated into PS4 as well as Xbox One and the fact a lot of my mates play on there rather than Xbox. That said, the early Ghosts content dropping on Xbox might sting a bit

The nextgen consoles have done nothing for me. They missed a trick not getting GTA5 on the new Xbox. That game is gonna keep me busy for the next 50 years.....

PS4 pre-ordered, paid for, waiting...

COD Ghosts doesn't look all that exciting to me, no major changes, though no doubt i'll pick it up. Even though i always say i'm done with that series, i end up buying the latest game.
Battlefield 4 looks pretty amazing, mind you most on the PS4 look amazing.

Just picked up the last Tomb Raider game for cheap, really good, very similar to the Uncharted series.

I generally don't bother with online multiplayer for console games - I much prefer the solo campaigns (I'm a loner that way) - but recently I have played a lot of the online component of The Last of Us. Fantastic fun, and not filled with the usual lame-brains that keeps me away from that kind of thing.

Suffice to say the single player is excellent. The acting is not only very good for a game; it's just damn good full stop. One of the best story arcs I have ever played, and one of the few times I didn't want to skip any of the cut scenes.

Fantastic. Every PS3 owner should play it.

haha Fifa 14 web app now out. Although i cant get in because of the dam security question glitch. thanks EA.

Lots of leaked footage of GTA V has let my excitment levels for it drop a little. Still buzzing though.

GTA V is the game of the moment, although I got Far Cry 3 a couple of weeks ago and am playing that as well.

...and still crack a few multiplayer games of The Last of Us every night - addictive stuff.

Been playing Outlast on PC in the small hours with lights off and headphones on. God knows how a game can be that scary.

I've been playing Dragon Age: Origins loads recently.

Good replay value imo with the various very different character builds you can do... so much so, pretty much as soon as I completed the game I started it again with a completely different main character.
